Yep. Yr eyes are not playing a trick on you. I had a consumption breakthrough today. I ate roti prata with curry for the 1st time in my life!! Hahhaha.. for the uninformed, I'm the one who runs away from spicy food. So congrats to me (ya, i'm digging things to celebrate) but no spiritual breakthrough though. (+=+)" Wait, i had a revelation! In heaven, there's a bottle that collects every tear that each person cries so God noes exactly how many ml of tears we've shed. Isn't tat like... WOW!? I'm tinking when we get to paradise one day, the angels will place all these tear bottles on display and hold a competition to see who has shed the most amt of tears and I think I'm gonna win!! HAhaa... I'm an emotional being! ;)

I just came back from a leisure swim. Ya i call it a leisure one because usually I will swim about 30 laps (if yr tinking Olympic-sized pools, then i succeeded in making myself sound like some healthy pple who exercise regularly :D ) but i didn't manage even half of that just now. The water was cold... brrr... I'm gonna swim only in the evenings.. the sun has set and the temp is just nice.. water is so my element. Next time I feel stressed out, I'm gonna go for a gd swim. It'll relax my senses...watever tat means. :P

This is my 5th entry today! Wow.. What a record. Haha... I went to Cafe Cartel for dinner just now with Bob. I ate Chicken Lasange. It was quite nice. Thanks to his laziness,i mean, preference for gd service, I got a complimentary ice peach tea becos the waitress had misplaced his drink. I had intended to invite him to the performance at Orchard but I realised that it takes place tml and not today! Showing symptoms of my blurness again. Aiyo. Anyway, I invited him to the Christmas Spectacular at SIS and passed him the VCD about Creation vs Evolution that Bro Justin gave me. Must watch k!? ;p Hope to see u at SIS!! :) I bought a sporty sling bag just now at the pasar malam outside Ngee Ann City. It costs only $10! Shops in Far East Plaza sell it at more than $20! Hehe.. Thank God I didn't buy it then. It pays to be patient. :)

My uncle just told me that there will be no Christmas gathering at my Aunt's house this yr. Sobs. I always look forward to the annual gathering becos I get to receive lots of presents. I just love the joy of unwrapping presents and discovering what is the special object that is hidden within. Now I have to depend on my church friends to give me presents already. So u noe what to do already ah?? Keke.. :P I was really overjoyed when I heard the sound of people's voices singing bout Jesus and people dancing to praise music when i walked down Orchard Road just now. He is indeed the reason for the season. 5 more days to CHRISTmas!!! :)

I chanced upon an ex's blog. Guess what i found??? This is wat he said: "my worst relationship is with a girl in sec 4 that i know wendy... she is so cheap-skate shopping with coupons... sometmes i feel so sia suai... then i spent som much $$$ on her... for nothing... nvm... "

Yup. Ocean Twelve is boring!! It was a waste of my $8.50!! Sobs. I bought my angel's gift already... looking forward to the party this coming Sun! :) We are having an angel-mortal gift exchange.There are 3 Christian books tat I wanna buy: 1. Heaven Is So Real 2. Are U Dateable? 3. What Did Jesus Eat? My angel are u looking at this!?? haha... Diana really liked the gifts tat i chose for her. Very happy. :) She wore the top to church today! :) Tat is the best way to show appreaciation- to actually use the gift after u got it. Some people just left their present in the wardrobe for ages to collect dust.. tsk tsk.. shame on you. Anyway, Ben bought Diana Freckles Corrector and I tink tat was really sweet of him. I dunno bout u but if I had freckles for 21 yrs of my life and my bf bought me one tat actually works, I would love him to pieces. keke. Poor Xiyun was sick today..take care my friend!!

Pastor Sy's sermon was rather enjoyable, though i didn't catch most of it the 1st time,when i was sitting on the choir stand. The part bout how God doesn't take away feelings? Ya.. tat part i felt was really applicable for me.. got revelation. There are always issues behind every strong emotion... I saw him online just now.. I was hopping tat he wouldn't chat with me.. then again i wanted to noe how he is doing.. it seemed tat he's not doing very well now.... when i wanted to chat with him.. he was already gone..... Sigh.

After postponing the outing for two days, Xiyun,Hui Fen, Hui Hui and I finally got to go out yesterday! We went to watch 'Without A Paddle' and it was hilarious. I think I laughed too loudly but then again I don't really have another choice do I? If I covered my mouth and giggled I will sustain internal injury! LOL... I'll just try to laugh a little softer next time.

I haven felt so good, the feel gd feeling u get after that frutiful shopping for quite a while already! Now I know why retail therapy works! I bought gifts for my friends and a pair of earings,hair clip,visor and pencil case for myself! Happy! I still need to buy bags and shoes though. Anyway, I'm gonna go swimming again later at Spans Joms Clubhouse with my cousins. God bless! :)

I just came back from Diana's 21st Birthday celebrations at Chevron. The food was good, especially the chicken! I'm sure all the people who tasted it will agree with me. ;) Diana, thanks for inviting me! Hope u like the necklace! Love u lots dearie. :) Benjamin was really sweet. He was the one who fried the noodles, faithfully preparing the food while all of us were eating and the one who helped Diana to coordinate the whole event. Hrm... *nods head* Gd boyfriend u have u blessed girl!! :) Haha... i was bugging him to ask what present he bought for Diana but he said he has not bought it yet and will let me know on Sun. So secretive.. hehe.. just like Bro Justin, also dun wanna tell me what bk she bought for Diana. This is the 3nd 21st Birthday party I've attended this yr. The 1st one was Jiaen's at Pasir Ris chalet then Michelle's party at Swensens. From now till I turn 21, I'll be on the lookout for ideal birthday celebration spots! I'm gonna make it enjoyable for everyone. :) Haha.. my 21st birthday will fall on a Sun! Yeah! Then many pple can come already. :0 HHaha... And hopefully by then, i would have found my Mr. Right.. I missed the first hour of Star Awards 2005 because I was in Dialect Church with my grandmama. I didn't trail any particular Channel 8 drama serials this yr so i wasn't really rooting for anyone to get any awards. Most of the time I was observing the celebrity's apparel. I thought Vivian Lai's red dress was nice. Zoe's red dress? Erm.. Chen Liping doesn't need to lend her her curtains already, she was already wearing one. Haha. Poor Fann kept on getting teased with Christopher. I bet it's gonna make headlines. Fann's straight hair was oh so pretty! :) My fave moment of the show must be went Li Na Xing thank God for his special super star award!! Glory be to God! :) It's the 1st time i heard a MediaCorp artiste do that! I'm so gonna be the next one! ;)

I'm doing to trim my eyebrows and learn how to draw it using an eyebrow pencil to accentuate my facial feautures. I'm gonna look real pretty next Sun. Haha, i hope so at least. Being part of the Choir Ministry really prepares me for the future. I love Jesus. :)

Mon: Xiyun called me and told me that my name is on the list of people who passed supplementary papers and are promoted to J2. I was elated!! I jumped and screamed and shrieked and shouted praises like a crazy teenage girl who cannot contain her joy. God is so good and so faithful to me... I nv thought i could make it.. I didn't even wanted to sit for the sup papers in the 1st place.. if God had not send Bro Justin, Hui Fen and Diana to help me.. i would have fallen short of God's destiny for me.. Through this experience, i've learnt that i must have greater faith in myself and what God can do through me.. Nothing is too impossible for Him and my faith is not in the wisdom of man but in the power of God. Amen n Amen.It seems like CJC is the place that I'm meant to be afterall. No poly.. no work.. just CJC and A'Levels. :) It is a miracle and only God can make it happen for me. Praise the Lord!!! :) I will not let Him and those who love me down... I will study hard and bring glory to God. Thanks a lot once again for all those who have prayed for me and helped me and encouraged me along the way... I couldn't have done it without yr love towards me. Thank you!! :)

Tues: Met Chris for the 1st time. He is an 18-yr-old Malaysian who is studying in TP. He is serving in Dance, Choir and CG Ministry(PCGL)! And he's only 18! Not to mention he is good looking too. Hehe... All that when he is only 18.. really not bad at all. Chris taught us to dance the chorus of 'Jump' and Yating and I had to leave early to go to Church for How Shall We Live Part 2. A good study of God's word and I'm now more knowlegeble about the two extreme ends of humanity - Lawlessness and Legalism.

Wed: Went for drama meeting and dance practice in Church. Reached my aunt's home just in time for a quick dinner and the final showdown of S'pore Idol. I thought the show was of a very high standard and was every enjoyable on the whole, except i found it really weird that Daniel Ong was holding on to his script at the beginning, red carpet segment of the show. I thought that out of all the non-final-two-finalists, i mean all the 11 finalists except Taufik and Sylvester,haha, Leandra's performance stood out with her very cool rap and her stage presence when she wore that white dress with matching boots. White really looks gd on stage.... but i like to wear black!! Hehe... Slyvester's performance improved. His diction was clear throughout the 3 songs and he performed them well. He got a contract from BMG anyway, whether he is the S'pore Idol or not. Like what Ken(I think) said, both Taufik and Sylvester are winners! And next time if you want to say that Singapore has no real talent or that the local entertainment industry is of no standard, shut up. :)

Thurs: Met up my sec 4/6 calssmates and Mrs Chang, my Physics teacher then,for lunch. We dined at Cafe Cartel(my 1st time, again! ;) ) and clever me ordered the Beef Stew with Assorted Vegeables set lunch. And guess what? I'm allegic to beef and I've been sick since Thurs; flu, fever cough and all, and has not recovered. I'm losing my voice too. I'm not gonna touch beef for the rest of my life and if you ever see me going to eat beef, kick me and throw my food away. Thanks! :P I left after lunch to go for dance practice at the big empty space along the route to Esplanade. Saw the other Wendy from CJ and is pleasantly surprised to know that she is a Christian too. No wonder she smiles all the time. :) Rushed to church and showered there for the 1st time. Thanks Kee Wai for 'dabaoing' dinner for me. My flu was getting very bad and thank God that I could leave after Praise and Worship.

Fri: Sorry Madel, couldn't go shopping with ya at Orchard.Rested at home the whole day until I went to Loving Heart to rehearse for the skit. Nothing special that day but I saw Zhen Xiong and Zhen Hao's brother and was rather surprised to know that they are siblings. He was using Nokia 7270 to record down our rehearsal. That phone is really cool. Oh.. and i found out that Emily has a phobia of cats.

Sat: The day of the skit. Reported early at Loving Heart at 9am. Missed another episode of Touched By An Angel. Sobs. The skit turned out quite well and the audience was rather amused. Emily and Zhen Hao said that I'm professional... maybe it's in me to be an entertainer! Or rather a 'speculator'! Lol.. Saw Ju Rong... er she is with the press.. wonder what and how but didn't have the chance to find out more as she had to continue with her work.I clocked a total of 14 CIP hours. I wonder how many more to go... I went home early to rest again and i was feeling really sick. Em, sorry again for not being able to attend The Band Festival with ya.. Hope u enjoyed yourself. :)

Today: Still sick but feeling better. Sang for Service 5 and 6 and Chi Church Service. We sang a new worship song called 'Breathe' today. A beautiful beautiful song. "Breathe into my soul, Spirit of God,fill my life with your presence..." Awww... I love to sing for God and sing to God! :) :) Congratulations Hui Fen n Gabriel for receiving yr certificate of Basic Christian Foundation!! I aspire to get mine next yr. :) I saw Jun Hui in Service 5 and he looked really unhappy and uncomfortable during Praise n Worship. I guess his gf invited him to attend service and he couldn't bear to disagree. I just hope and pray that he will be touched by God's love... or his gf will really have to suffer which is a feeling that I can totally understand because i was once like her. Oh well... I stayed on in Chi Church to hear Pastor Mao to preach. He is really humourous and made everyone laugh just like the last time he came. He preached on how to be a sacrifice on the altar of God. Being like Jesus and being used by Him for His Kingdom is my ultimate goal in life. :)

You have every reason to abandon us. But do you?

I see the answer in the rising of the sun. I hear the answer in the crashing of the waves.
I feel the answer in the skin of a child.

Father, your love never ceases. Never.
Though we spurn you, ignore you, disobey you, you will not change. Our evil cannot diminish your love.
Our goodness cannot increase it. Our faith does not earn it anymore than our stupidity jeopardizes it.
You don't love us less if we fail.
You don't love us more if we succeed.

How do we explain it?

God's love is not human. His love is not normal. His love sees your sin and loves you still.
Does he approve of your error? No.
Do you need to repent? Yes.
But do you repent for his sake or yours? Yours.
His ego needs no apology. His love needs no bolstering.

And he could not love you more than he does right now.
