* * * + Recap: 29/11 to 5/12 + * * *

Mon: Xiyun called me and told me that my name is on the list of people who passed supplementary papers and are promoted to J2. I was elated!! I jumped and screamed and shrieked and shouted praises like a crazy teenage girl who cannot contain her joy. God is so good and so faithful to me... I nv thought i could make it.. I didn't even wanted to sit for the sup papers in the 1st place.. if God had not send Bro Justin, Hui Fen and Diana to help me.. i would have fallen short of God's destiny for me.. Through this experience, i've learnt that i must have greater faith in myself and what God can do through me.. Nothing is too impossible for Him and my faith is not in the wisdom of man but in the power of God. Amen n Amen.It seems like CJC is the place that I'm meant to be afterall. No poly.. no work.. just CJC and A'Levels. :) It is a miracle and only God can make it happen for me. Praise the Lord!!! :) I will not let Him and those who love me down... I will study hard and bring glory to God. Thanks a lot once again for all those who have prayed for me and helped me and encouraged me along the way... I couldn't have done it without yr love towards me. Thank you!! :)

Tues: Met Chris for the 1st time. He is an 18-yr-old Malaysian who is studying in TP. He is serving in Dance, Choir and CG Ministry(PCGL)! And he's only 18! Not to mention he is good looking too. Hehe... All that when he is only 18.. really not bad at all. Chris taught us to dance the chorus of 'Jump' and Yating and I had to leave early to go to Church for How Shall We Live Part 2. A good study of God's word and I'm now more knowlegeble about the two extreme ends of humanity - Lawlessness and Legalism.

Wed: Went for drama meeting and dance practice in Church. Reached my aunt's home just in time for a quick dinner and the final showdown of S'pore Idol. I thought the show was of a very high standard and was every enjoyable on the whole, except i found it really weird that Daniel Ong was holding on to his script at the beginning, red carpet segment of the show. I thought that out of all the non-final-two-finalists, i mean all the 11 finalists except Taufik and Sylvester,haha, Leandra's performance stood out with her very cool rap and her stage presence when she wore that white dress with matching boots. White really looks gd on stage.... but i like to wear black!! Hehe... Slyvester's performance improved. His diction was clear throughout the 3 songs and he performed them well. He got a contract from BMG anyway, whether he is the S'pore Idol or not. Like what Ken(I think) said, both Taufik and Sylvester are winners! And next time if you want to say that Singapore has no real talent or that the local entertainment industry is of no standard, shut up. :)

Thurs: Met up my sec 4/6 calssmates and Mrs Chang, my Physics teacher then,for lunch. We dined at Cafe Cartel(my 1st time, again! ;) ) and clever me ordered the Beef Stew with Assorted Vegeables set lunch. And guess what? I'm allegic to beef and I've been sick since Thurs; flu, fever cough and all, and has not recovered. I'm losing my voice too. I'm not gonna touch beef for the rest of my life and if you ever see me going to eat beef, kick me and throw my food away. Thanks! :P I left after lunch to go for dance practice at the big empty space along the route to Esplanade. Saw the other Wendy from CJ and is pleasantly surprised to know that she is a Christian too. No wonder she smiles all the time. :) Rushed to church and showered there for the 1st time. Thanks Kee Wai for 'dabaoing' dinner for me. My flu was getting very bad and thank God that I could leave after Praise and Worship.

Fri: Sorry Madel, couldn't go shopping with ya at Orchard.Rested at home the whole day until I went to Loving Heart to rehearse for the skit. Nothing special that day but I saw Zhen Xiong and Zhen Hao's brother and was rather surprised to know that they are siblings. He was using Nokia 7270 to record down our rehearsal. That phone is really cool. Oh.. and i found out that Emily has a phobia of cats.

Sat: The day of the skit. Reported early at Loving Heart at 9am. Missed another episode of Touched By An Angel. Sobs. The skit turned out quite well and the audience was rather amused. Emily and Zhen Hao said that I'm professional... maybe it's in me to be an entertainer! Or rather a 'speculator'! Lol.. Saw Ju Rong... er she is with the press.. wonder what and how but didn't have the chance to find out more as she had to continue with her work.I clocked a total of 14 CIP hours. I wonder how many more to go... I went home early to rest again and i was feeling really sick. Em, sorry again for not being able to attend The Band Festival with ya.. Hope u enjoyed yourself. :)

Today: Still sick but feeling better. Sang for Service 5 and 6 and Chi Church Service. We sang a new worship song called 'Breathe' today. A beautiful beautiful song. "Breathe into my soul, Spirit of God,fill my life with your presence..." Awww... I love to sing for God and sing to God! :) :) Congratulations Hui Fen n Gabriel for receiving yr certificate of Basic Christian Foundation!! I aspire to get mine next yr. :) I saw Jun Hui in Service 5 and he looked really unhappy and uncomfortable during Praise n Worship. I guess his gf invited him to attend service and he couldn't bear to disagree. I just hope and pray that he will be touched by God's love... or his gf will really have to suffer which is a feeling that I can totally understand because i was once like her. Oh well... I stayed on in Chi Church to hear Pastor Mao to preach. He is really humourous and made everyone laugh just like the last time he came. He preached on how to be a sacrifice on the altar of God. Being like Jesus and being used by Him for His Kingdom is my ultimate goal in life. :)
